My name is Delroy Thompson and I attend South Broward High school, I am apart of a new program in school called Excecutive intewrnship. This program allows students to leave school for two hours in order to go out into a working environment under the guidance of a specified mentor. I chosed this class to get a chance to understand what kind of field I would like to work in when I get out of High school and on to college. My future plans for this after I leave graduate school is to have a degree in Marine engineering and Oceanic science.

The two photographs on this page only expresses the short joyous version of what its like to mentor at a sail club, and to be apart of this mentorship program. I think if anyone who would want to have a proper career should explore the career they have chosen, and this program at South Broward High School is the perfect opportunity to make sure that your choice is correct and comfortable. terms for being in this program requires the student to be in the Marine Magnet at south Broward, and be in the 12th grade. The program even includes a trip in which the class leaves for atleast 3 days to the Keys. Though before entering this program at first may not seem as appealing, but as the year progresses on you will come to accept it and enjoy it.
